Lucy is a seasoned violinist with over 15 years of experience, performing at both local venues and corporate events across the Greater Toronto Area. Her early training was rooted in the Suzuki Method, which emphasizes learning music through listening and imitation, much like acquiring a mother tongue. This approach fostered her deep appreciation for both classical and fiddle traditions.

Lucy pursued her passion at York University, specializing in World Music, Classical studies, Fiddle, Balkan Music, and Jazz. During her first year, she joined the Glendon Musical Ensemble and later served as its General Manager, where she conducted and arranged musical pieces.

Upon graduation, Lucy continued her musical endeavors by performing high-quality and demanding classical music with the York Chamber Ensemble in Newmarket and collaborating as part of the Lumina Duo throughout the GTA. She remains committed to exploring innovative and creative approaches to playing the violin, continually expanding her artistic horizons!
